The Committee on Energy and Commerce has scheduled a markup beginning on Tuesday, July 31, 2012, to consider the following legislation:

On Tuesday, July 31, the Committee will convene at 4:00 p.m. in room 2123 of the Rayburn House Office Building for opening statements and to consider H.R. 6131 and S. 710, as amended.  It will reconvene on Wednesday, August 1, at 10:00 a.m. in 2123 Rayburn House Office Building to consider the remaining three bills: H.R. 6213, H.R. 6190, and H.R. 6194. Note: This reflects a change in what was previously scheduled.
