The Committee on Energy and Commerce has scheduled a markup beginning on Wednesday, May 9, 2012. The committee will consider the Food and Drug Administration Reform Act of 2012.

On Wednesday, May 9, the committee will convene at 4:00 p.m. in room 2123 of the Rayburn House Office Building for opening statements only. It will reconvene on Thursday, May 10, at 10:00 a.m. in room 2123 of the Rayburn House Office Building to consider the legislation.
