Full Committee Vote on H.R. 1633, H.R. 1173, H.R. 3309, and H.R. 3310

The full Committee on Energy and Commerce will conduct a markup on Tuesday, November 29, 2011, and Wednesday, November 30, 2011, in room 2123 of the Rayburn House Office Building on the following legislation:

  • H.R. 1633, the “Farm Dust Regulation Prevention Act of 2011;”
  • H.R. 1173, the “Fiscal Responsibility and Retirement Security Act of 2011;”
  • H.R. 3309, the ‘‘Federal Communications Commission Process Reform Act of 2011; and,
  • H.R. 3310, the “Federal Communications Commission Consolidated Reporting Act of 2011.”

H.R. 3309 and H.R. 3310 due to time constraints were not voted on. A rescheduled vote on these legislative items is to be determined.
