Energy and Power Subcommittee Vote on H.R. 1633

The Subcommittee on Energy and Power has scheduled a markup on Thursday, November 3, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. or 15 minutes after the completion of the Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee business meeting, whichever comes latest, in room 2123 of the Rayburn House Office Building. The markup will be on H.R. 1633, the “Farm Dust Regulation Prevention Act of 2011.” It is anticipated that an amendment in the nature of a substitute will be considered.
